Cluster Services
Talybont Surgery is part of the Llwchwr Cluster. This means we work with other local practices to provide additional services to the communities of Pontarddulais and Gorseinon.

CVD Prevention
Each practice is offering appointments to patients that are at a higher risk of developing cardiovascular disease later in life. You may be contacted and offered a health check with our Healthcare Assistant who will conduct basic health checks, blood tests where indicated and provide lifestyle advice.
Healthy Lifestyle Service
Patients can self-refer to this service if they would like support on leading a healthy lifestyle.
Family and Therapy
The cluster funds a limited number of Family and Therapy counselling sessions. Just speak to your GP if you feel this would be beneficial for you.
Audiology
There is an audiology service available in Penclawdd Health Centre for patients requiring wax removal or hearing checks. Please just speak to a Receptionist if you would like to make an appointment.
