FAQ's
How do I get a face to face appointment?
Submit your request through Accurx between 8am and 9am. There is space for you to state you would prefer to be seen face to face. The request will be reviewed by a GP the same day
How do I see or speak to a Doctor?
Submit a request through Accurx to speak to a Doctor. Your request will be reviewed by a GP the same day and they will decide on the best action for you. This could be an urgent appointment, a self booking link for an appointment on a future date, or a telephone call. If you feel you need to speak to a Doctor after 9am and it cannot wait for the following day, just call us on 01792 882368.
Can I request a specific Doctor?
We believe continuity of care is important and will always do our best to accommodate requests to speak with a specific GP. Just submit your request through Accurx between 8am and 9am, you will be asked if there is a specific person you would like to speak with. Seeing a specific person may mean you wait an extra couple of days for your appointment, but we believe this is beneficial for your care. There may be occasions, such as unforeseen absences, where we cannot guarantee your requested GP.
