Digital Access is Coming!
We have been working hard behind the scenes to plan our new digital platform, Accurx. This means that from 23rd February, you will no longer need to wait in a queue at 8am each morning. Accurx will be open between 8am and 9am Monday to Friday for you to submit your request.
Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed by a GP that day. They will then make a decision on the most appropriate action and offer:
- A face to face appointment that day
- A face to face appointment on a future date
- A telephone call
- A message with advice or to advise a simple request has been completed
- Signpost you to a more appropriate service
Admin requests will be available to submit on Accurx between 8am and 6.30pm. These will be forwarded to the relevant department who will deal with your request as soon as possible.
If you do not have internet access, do not worry. You can still call us and our reception team will add the request to Accurx on your behalf.
In the meantime, we are still continuing to offer appointments in our usual way and our website has many digital forms that can be submitted for various requests such as nurse appointments, sick papers and registrations.
From 23rd February, just visit our website to submit your request.
