  • chronic liver disease
  • neurological disease such as Parkinson’s
  • Learning disability
  • Severe mental illness
  • Diabetes
  • Epilepsy
  • Immunosuppressed
  • Dysfunction of the spleen
  • Morbid obesity (BMI 40 or above for patients over 16)
