Zero Tolerance Policy

We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat our team in a similarly respectful way.

All of our team have a right to work in an environment where they are protected from harm and we do not tolerate any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of the team or patients.

If a patient or anyone attending the surgery is violent, abusive or aggressive we may exercise our right to take action to have them removed, immediately if necessary, from our list of patients.

A letter of explanation will be sent to the patient explaining the reason for removal.
